Try 1and1.com! They have a bunch of pre-made templates you can use for your website AND they start at just $5.00 a month!

Or, you can try yahoo. They%26#039;ll sell you your first year of your own domain name (your www.) for 1.99! And they%26#039;re hosting packages are pretty affordable (I think it starts at $7 a month).
