You can sign up for one of those services that optimizes your search engine results, expect to pay $30-$100 depending on the company

Other Replys:You can make a website at google pages for free, and it%26#039;s very easy to set it up. Just make a google email account at gmail.com, and then click on the google pages link.

The only thing is it will say googlepages in your address. I believe it would look something like http://youraddress.googlepages.com.

Getting you site noticed is the hardest part. The easiest way is to use Pay Per Click advertising, but it can get expensive. Having you address in your signature and posting in forums works, as long as you don%26#039;t openly advertise in your posts.

A domain name was $6.95 and hosting packages were available. I did it mainly because of the storage capability. I had outgrown Geociities.
