Other Replys:Hi there,

I manage a computer programming company called Digital Business Solutions. My company does websites, though my programming team is skilled at the %26#039;functional%26#039; part of web design rather than the graphical part. However, I have a subcontractor who is highly skilled and highly qualified who can do visual content design (graphics art).

If you are serious, I can send you portfolio information to prove all of the above statements.

Other Replys:One of the best places to find a web designer is to find a web page that you like. Find several, find a bunch. Then check at the bottom of the page (usually) and you will see that it says Designed By ~~~ or Designed and Hosted By ~~~ with a link to that company.

You are going to pay $$$ for a professional design. If you are looking for a site for $100 a page you can contact your local college or even high schools in your area. Those students will have the knowledge you need for that kind of site. If you need a professional looking site with effective tools and programming contact a company that has created the kind of sites that you want your site to be.

This is a very reputable site: Covenant Data Inc.

Hope that helps!

Other Replys:Before I mention the resource repository, there are some basic essentials you may need to understand while finding any resource for the requirement.

you may want to understand the difference between a web designer and a complete web solution provider. A web designer might only design the site without looking into the details such as the elements of usability or a customer centric design. Creativity is not the key, but an attempt to create a substantial response out of the site is the key. Site has to be generated based on the end users requirements and not froma designers perceptive. Colors are not the key but using the right colors with a balanced technology always unlocks the road to success.
