Whats a GOOD, EASY to USE HTML webpage design for Windows?

Im not a coder so something really really easy to use... something almost like powerpoint but designed for html web page design?

If you want a good WYSIWYG HTML editor, then I suggest taking a look at Composer. Its built into Mozilla%26#039;s Seamonkey browser and Netscape 7 (and supposedly will be back in Netscape 9). Barring that, I%26#039;d suggest looking on Snapfiles and seeing what freeware they have.

Whatever you do, stay away from MS Frontpage. It uses MS optimized HTML/XML standards. As a result some of the stuff gets done the MS way instead of the way the W3C standards say it should be done. That%26#039;s not an issue if you want only IE to work correctly with your site. If you want to make your site multi-browser, then avoid frontpage. (This is why abotu 15% of the websites on the %26#039;Net don%26#039;t work with Firefox and Opera.)

microsoft front page is the best and easiest html beginers tool.
