I am thinking of creating a Magazine. It will be featured online, and everyone must suscribe online. Now I have a few questions regarding this. What program should I use to Design the Magazine (Its Going to be about Technology, News, And Music)? Which website hoster should I use, Someone Cheaper but efficent to have my own domain (Www.___.com[I know it costs money])?
